Here I have attempted to make a complete list of tubenoses, frigatebirds, and boobies present in American and Canadian collections. I know it isn't the most taxonomically correct group, but I'm just trying to fill gaps of bird groups that wouldn't fit in other threads. Only information 2017 or newer was used. Information on missing holders or species, as well as information on subspecies or populations is welcomed.

This is going to be a pretty sad, and inconsistent list (honestly I don't really see the point in even making a list for this group of birds, since turnover is generally high, and is essentially limited to Sea Life Park and single birds at a small number of facilities on the main land) Lots of these sea birds are frequently in and out of rehab centers, and non-releasable birds often have a fairly limited life expectancy once captive.

However, in the name of contributing, and not just pooping on something, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary also has a non-releasable pomarine jaeger. Seaworld San Diego might also still have a skua of some sort as well kept behind the scenes.

I made it because @Great Argus and I are trying to make a thread for each bird group.

Jaegers and Skuas will be covered with the gulls.

Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center has a Masked Booby as of July of last year. According to their signage, the bird aptly named "Booby" is non-releasable and lives at the center.
