I was browsing through some of the pictures on here and I see the one of a rhino encounter, where you come face to horn, as it were, with this beautiful creature. I know many zoos have aviaries and touch pools. What other close and personal encounters are out there?

There is an exotic feline rescue center in Indiana where you can spend the night in the grounds and listen to the big cats vocalize much of the night, followed up by enjoying your breakfast as the three gorgeous tiger boys out front watch you eat your Wheaties (r) through the picture window!

Miami also has a giraffe feeding platform as does Woodland Park, San Diego Zoo on weekends.

More zoos now a days are doing giraffe feeding. Jax, Buffalo, Baltimore, Brevard, Riverbanks and many other places do some type of giraffe interaction.
