Is there coordinated trans-Atlantic breeding programme for Malayan tigers?

What is known is that in US there are at least 60 captive Malayan tigers from only 11 founders, kept in around 27 zoos.
In Europe there are 9 zoo who keep around 15-20 Malayan tigers? and I not know from how much founders they have descended?

But if eventual European founders who are not represented in US population are included, then the population will surely go very well.

Anybody to know more on this, I have researched for a while on net, but I couldn't find for coordinated Trans-Atlantic breeding programme for Malayan tigers.
