I've decided to try to make a list of US zoos and aquariums in US Territories and districts (D.C). Please add on if you know any other attractions!

Disclaimer: "Zoo/Aquarium" is kinda flexible here. If an attraction has multiple species of animals I've considered it.

    District of Columbia
Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History
    Smithsonian's National Zoo

    Guam
    Guam Zoo
    Underwater World Guam
    Valley of the Latte Guam
(A few other places have a singular animal species, or fish tanks, I didn't know if I should include them)

    Northern Mariana Islands
    Rota Zoo

    Puerto Rico
Arecibo Lighthouse and Historical Park? (Not sure how great the aquatic collection is)
    Dr. Juan A. Rivero Zoo
    Kira's World Exotic Mini Zoo
Manatee Conservation Center of Puerto Rico

    US Virgin Islands
    Coral World Ocean Park

Fun fact: only zoo in the world that exhibits the rare coffee drinking raccoon. ;)
