    A second Addax antilope was born this week :).

    A Giraffe, new zebras and ostrich arrived last october.

    Does anyone know if the new part is open to the public?

    Last week a female Sitatunga was born at Van Blanckendaell Park :).

    I dont think so. There hasnt been news on the giraffe, but the zebras and ostriches are on display.

    A second giraffe arrived at Van Blanckendaell Park.

    The savannah with blesbok, plain zebras, giraffes and ostrichs is open for public for a few months by now

    Van Blanckendaell Park got permission to display a group of Hamadryas baboons. The enclosure is already finished and the group ( 6 males and 9 females ) will arrive from Stichting AAP soon :).

    Grey-crowned cranes hatched and are being parent-raised :).

    New species at Van Blanckendaell Park : a pair of Philippine ducks was obtained :).

    At least 2 Desmoiselle cranes have hatched :).
