    • Aral barbel (Luciobarbus brachycephalus, privately owned)
    • Common carp (Cyprinus carpio, almost all Indonesian zoos and aquaria)
    • Rosy barb (Pethia conchonius, Dunia Air Tawar)
    • Wels catfish (Silurus glanis, formerly in Dunia Air Tawar)

    Reptiles:
    • Balkan terrapin (Mauremys rivulata, privately owned)
    • Russian tortoise (Agrionemys horsfieldii, privately owned)
    • Veiled chameleon (Chamaeleo calyptratus, privately owned)
    • Ornate uromastyx (Uromastyx ornata, privately owned)

    • Demoiselle crane (Grus virgo, Taman Safari Cisarua)

    • Syrian brown bear (Ursus arctos syriacus, formerly in Taman Safari Prigen)
    • Snow leopard (Panthera uncia, Batu Secret Zoo and formerly in Taman Safari Cisarua)
    • Caracal (Caracal caracal, Taman Safari Cisarua and Lembang Zoo & Park)
    • Turkestan sand cat (Felis margarita thinobia, privately owned)

    Taman Safari Bogor still keep a single oryx, Batu Secret Zoo keep a lot of them.

    I think Ragunan Zoo keep a Arabian oryx (Oryx leucoryx), they were also mentioned in their zoo map.

    I can find one media showing the Ragunan Zoo's oryx:

    Not sure if they still keep it or not.
