I'm leaving for cuba in about a week.

have been searching the net and obviously found havana zoo.
which is not an option, since we'll be in guardalavaca, on the other side of the island.

furthermore I found 2 major crocodilefarms and several mentions of an aquarium/delphinarium?

the latter should be near our hotel, but I couldn't find much about it, except that they do "swim with dolphins"

anyone more info on this? or other interesting things to do/visit?
I'd assume there are more than 2 crocfarms there?

Santiago de Cuba have also a Zoo! Santiago de Cuba is 174 km from Guardalavaca, I hear about this place Acuario Cayo Naranjo, it is a water park but also have osme naimals and you can swimm with tame dolphins! no worry the hotels in Cuba will love to organise a trip for you for getting there! now THAT I already knew.
a trip to the wildlife reserve (apparently the biggest and wettest in Cuba) is a must.

nonetheless, we still are ZOO-freaks, sooooo ...
