Disney's animal kingdom is playing a large part in funding and managing the National Elephant Center, and they are sending their nine year old bull, Tufani, to the center when it opens. So I guess this means the center will be housing African elephants... Which makes me wonder which animals will be coming to the center when it opens? The three Toronto cows were initially supposed to live at the NEC but they are now being sent to PAWS. Ideally I would love to see the Milwaukee elephants sent to the center. Also, the Riddle's have stated they are retiring from elephants, so I guess that means the center could be receiving their four African elephants... Amy, Miss Betts, Maximus, and Toby. Any thoughts?
