I was trying to figure out the White tigers at Zion Wildlife Gardens.

I know in 2001 they received three males: Tygo, Abu and Jahdu and a female Rewa.

In January 2005 Rewa gave birth to male-female twins called Aotea and Tane.

Rewa had another litter in October 2005 of one female called Kiwi and two males called Rongo and ?

Since then she has had a female called Shanti and a male called Kahn but they were in different litters. In late 2006 she had female triplets: Azra, Anila and Kala.

Does anyone know the name of Kiwi and Rongo's littermate who stayed at the park (Kiwi and Rongo went to South Africa) and also when Shanti and Kahn were born?

Any help would be greatly appreciated in finding this info out!

try emailing Zion through their website. They'll probably be able to give you all the correct details.

    Hey Sam
I did volunteer work at the park from Jan-March 2009.
There are 8 white tigers at the park (7 now, because of Abu)
So there are currently 7 comprising of:
    Jahdu
    Rewa
    Tygo
    Shanti
    Kala
    Anila
    Azra

From what I've seen of the white tigers on the show, I really liked the look of Tygo in particular.

    Hey!
Tygo was one of my favourite cats at the park!
He was soo funny, he'd sit in his den box...and as i walked up past his enclosure, he's come out and walk along the fence chuffing, haha. Apparently its polite if you chuff back at them...so thats what i would do...and it would go on for ages! He is so talkative and such a character!
In my opinion, one of the prettiest white tigers at the park is Shanti or Rewa

Rewa has had four litters of cubs:

Early 2005: Tane (male) and Aotea (female)
Late 2005: Kiwi and Rongo (males) and Shanti (female)
    Early 2006: Kahn (male)
Late 2006: Azra, Anila and Kala (females)

Only Shanti (now four years old) remains at the park. The last litter are now in New Plymouth, the first four cubs are in South Africa and Kahn passed away.

Shanti and Kiwi are girls and Rongo is the boy. Kiwi and Rongo are now in SA. Kahn had a brother who passed away at approx 2 weeks old.

Now Azra, Anila and Kala have left for a holdiay in New Plymouth, they're left with Rewa and Shanti. I'm not sure if they plan to breed with these animals or not?
