White-crowned wheatear in the Netherlands

    For the first time a White-crowned wheatear is been seen in the Netherlands ! It is however still not clear if it is an escape or a real wild bird. A true wild specimen of this species has been observed in Germant / Denmark, so it is possible and the number of captive birds of this species must be very small.
