I was just wondering what websites are good for keeping track of wild animal observations? I use ebird.org for all my bird lists, but I haven't found any websites that I really like for mammals or herptiles. I use inaturalist.org for those species, but it doesn't tabulate data like ebird does. Thanks.

A very popular site in especially the Netherlands and Belgium is www.observation.org. It is possible to use worldwide and at least all mammals are included (I am not sure about Australian reptiles, but I guess most are as well). With it comes an app (Obsmapp) so you can add observations while in the field.

I second what birdsandbats has suggested, "inaturalist" is a pretty good online resource for recording observations, sharing photos and data and reading about others experiences with wildlife.
