Webcams Wildcam Gorongosa

    Has anyone else heard of this? Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique put up this citizen science project. It shows you a trail camera photo, and you have to identify the animals in it. This is very important, as Gorongosa is still a healing ecosystem (the animal populations here were hit hard after a couple of wars, captive-bred animals were brought in to help heal the ecosystem.) Identifing the animals is also very addictive.:D

    I used this website in my ecology class when we were studying citizen science and camera trap techniques. I agree, it’s fun to do and I think a lot of Zoochatters would enjoy it (and be much better at it than the average citizen)!
