Visited CWP in very cold conditions.Female wolverine very active and continually visible.
Reacting to visitors.Playful and cavorting in snow and ice.Caught a squirrel and pigeon
which it buried.Keepers made a snow man which it gleefully distroyed!

I do enjoy watching animals hunt the "prey" that sneak in there enclosure. I remember the Cheetahs at Africa Alive are particularly good at hunting any wildfowl that come into there enclosure for the surrounding marshes to great effect. So much so that they where refusing the meat provided by the keepers. Though I have also seen a Cheetah being chased by a rather angry goose which was rather amusing.

Have seen a fox at the New Forest Park eat a rat that had not been fed by the keepers, and watched one of Marwell's servals stalk a pigeon last weekend (without success), but have yet to see a kill in action.

I have seen one of the Servals at Africa Alive jump about 5 or 6 foot into the air (w/o a run-up) and successfully catch a Magpie :D Brilliant.
