ZooDoo Wildlife Park Yet more White Lions!

    In the name of accuracy, I have to point out that the Zoo and Aquarium Association can not, in any way, prevent a licensed zoo from importing any animals into the country, regardless of their ZAA membership status. The decision to approve or deny an import permit is made by DEWHAA. ZAA doesn't get consulted, unless the zoo requesting the import permit is a ZAA member, and is attempting to import animal(s) in direct conflict with the region's documented collection plans (at the time of import).

    Also love the wording on DDZs facebook. it states very clearly that they are not a separate species.

    Steves Darling Downs. When I first posted I had just caught the tail end of a tv news story so wasn't sure where though I suspected DD.
