Just out of curiosity- who is the genius who created zoochat? I have a lot of respect for whoever did.

I believe it was mr. Simon Hampel who created this fine website.

Whenever you hear someone mention a city, you:
    a) Immediately think of the zoo they have; or
    b) Immediately search '[name of city] zoo' on google.

Whenever you see a travel guide, for some reason you find yourself going to the index at the back of the book, looking under the letter 'Z'

You cringe when you hear that a zoo has "animals and birds" somewhere on the news.

If you get bugged when people call all invertebrates "insects".

    EDIT: No pun intended

When you hear people say they've never been to the zoo or that they've only been there once in their whole lives (am I doing this right?)

Also when you cringe when people only care about the "cute" and "cuddly" animals.

When you overhear some of the other commuters mention the zoo and you can't help but listen to find out what zoos they're taking about

And extra merit if you stay on a station or two after your stop to find out which zoo it is. :D

If you have to wait for ages for your companions to finish looking at the monkeys; but when you want to stop to look at a rare species of bird/reptile/fish they just drag you away.

When your friends send you pictures of random enclosures / animals whenever they are in a zoo and go " guess where we are"!

(Lot of fun actually, specially when you got some little obscure zoo right) :)

and you text them back and say "oh hey, I'm over by the chimps, where are you?" and then go over and meet them.

but they are watching the meerkats, because they aren't Zoochatters, so you don't want to go over there anyway.

If during every vacation you take you go to at least 1 zoo each (guilty).

When you have every single season of "The Crocodile Hunter" on dvd.

When you hear a volunteer say something wrong and a huge grin comes across your face, because you know your about the prove him/her wrong.

When all your friends ask if you have snapchat, twitter or Instagram and you reply, "I only have good social media!"

    and most of all...

If you create a thread about zoochat stereotypes :D.
