    Zollman Zoo is a facility located in the county of Olmsted, Minnesota, and is home to over 30 native species to the state of Minnesota, including North American black bear, ring-necked pheasant, North American river otter, red fox, red-tailed hawk, North American porcupine, American bison, white-tailed deer, and bobcat.

    On April 14th, the zoo announced they have acquired a (0.1) mini horse named Mini.

    On May 19th, it was reported that a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the park and zoo's new nature center, which would triple the size of the old nature center. They are planning to open the building in Autumn 2022.

    On July 7th, the zoo announced it has acquired a (1.0) western hognose snake and is located in the old nature center building.

    The Zoo has recently acquired both a Virginia Opossum & what looks like a Northern Saw-Wheat Owl.

    On January 24th, it was reported that construction of the new nature center is going along smoothly, despite some delays, and will be scheduled to open in Autumn 2022. The old nature center is scheduled to be demolished either in Winter 2022 or Spring 2023.

    On April 14th, the zoo announced that their (1.0) grey wolf passed away at age 13 due to a growing mass that was found protruding into his brain. He was 13 years old.

    On August 12th, the zoo announced they have acquired (0.0.2) grey wolves that are now on exhibit.

    On September 21st, the zoo announced they acquired (1.1) striped skunks which are on exhibit.

    On May 31st, the zoo announced that a (0.0.1) American bison was born the week prior.

    On July 12th, the zoo announced that they started demolishing the old nature center and moved the entrance of the facility to the right side of the new Nature Center.

    Although that is quite sad to hear, this hopefully means a more suitable inhabitant can be found for this enclosure, as it was far too small and barren for a bear.
