Grant's Farm, a free zoo located in St. Louis, Missouri, now has 40 new photos in the ZooChat gallery. Yet another little zoo that I've visited that perhaps very few others have on this forum. I visit them so you don't have to!:)

It is a smart move by the zoo, but I think that the zoo should perhaps have charge of just the animals. The African Elephant exhibit here is unpleasant, as are many horse stalls that aren't big enough for them to turn around in, with no yard to roam in. I have been here perhaps three times, but I don't plan on coming back. There is a Green Iguana exhibit with absolutely no vertical space, among other disgraces... hopefully something good will happen for animal welfare here.

There are no longer any Green Iguanas at Grant's Farm.

ZooChatters will be glad to know that construction has begun on some new exhibits for small animals, located across the path from the waterfowl pond.
