You've been gifted a large expanse of land that you have decided to convert into a zoo dedicated to helping animal populations from all across the world. You already have great plans, but your advisors urge you to start small and realistically. They have each suggested a different starting point and it is up to you to build up your ground-breaking zoo from there.

For anyone taking part, the first thing you need to do is select your starting point. Please select which of these three set-ups you wish to start with.

    A. Aviary
    B. Children's Zoo
    C. Herpetarium

I’d probably start with B. Children’s Zoo, as kids are a vital part of any zoo, as they’re the next generation that can be educated on wildlife and also many of the visitors will be families with kids.

Would that be one male and one female of each?

This seems like fun.I will like to start off with A. Aviary because birds are such a fascinating group of animals that are definitely worth displaying to guests along with educating them all about birds and how we can do our part to protect birds in the wild.

I would start with C. Some reptiles are easy to keep and they don't occupy too much space. Also, some reptiles seem very interesting to visitors, making an average profit with it.

Looks like things are off to a good start, with at least one of all three options being picked.

For the record, I will be updating the animal market either every day or every other day. As you get more animals, you will be able to either expand your current "zone", if you will, or develop a new one.

Don’t worry @FBBird I won’t keep them together in the same aviary so you don’t have worry at all.

I have decided to name my zoo “Shrew Isle National Aviary” and thus is currently divided into three different sections with species lists for each one.

    Australian Adventure:
    ————————————————————————

This enclosure is home to a variety of Australian birds and is themed to a cattle station (ranch).Currently we have two species of birds that inhabit this area.

    1.0 Laughing Kookaburra

    1.1 Blue-faced honeyeater.

    Hummingbird Hollow:
    ————————————————————————

This enclosure is solely dedicated to house a variety of hummingbirds and is a currently small aviary with one species that inhabits this area.

    2.2 Rufous Hummingbird.

    Outer Aviaries:
    ————————————————————————

These aviaries can be found near the main entrance and are just standard, simple and small aviaries as one could expect from a small zoo.Currently there are two aviaries with the following species.

    (Aviary 01) 2.2 Elegant-crested tinamou,

    (Aviary 02) 1.2 Banded broadbill

All of the aviaries are outdoors and year-round and the zoo is located in a rather temperate climate although the more “tropical” species will be off-exhibit during the colder months of the year by the way.

It's heavily based on that game, actually, just with more flexibility.
