I was bored so I made an alternate universe with Zoological Olympics. I have no idea how they work, but the happen every five years. I made a list of the zoo olympic host cities for the last 120 years.

    Moscow 1900
    Vienna 1905
    St. Louis 1910
    Antwerp 1915
    London 1920
    Melbourne 1925
    Central Park 1930
    Kerala 1935
    Amsterdam 1940
    Bristol 1945
    Dublin 1950
    Adelaide 1955
    Paris 1960
    Berlin 1965
    Beijing 1970
    Smithsonian 1975
    Chapultepec 1980
    Singapore 1985
    Toronto 1990
    Madrid 1995
    Philadelphia 2000
    Taronga 2005
    San Diego 2010
    Chester 2015
    Edinburgh 2020

If someone can help me with this, maybe we can make an actual
    committee. Thanks for reading!

I'm fairly sure that some of those places are not cities.

    Kerala is a state.

    Central Park is a park.

    Chapultepec is also a park.

And the Smithsonian is an institution.

I'd given up reading before getting that far :p

But if by "host city" he meant "host zoo", what does the inclusion of Kerala mean? It is neither the name of a city nor of a zoo.

DISCLAIMER: I did mean the host zoo. I'm fully aware Kerala is a state, I just wanted to shorten the name because I was doing desings for them and Thiruvananthapuram didn't fit on there. Sorry for any confusion.

Is this just a random listing of cities? Because a lot of these places haven’t hosted any form of Olympics.

It is, since they would be held at the host city's zoo. There would be an opening ceremony, and afterwards people can tour the zoo. The competitions would be exhibit design, trivia, and scavenger hunts. Then there would be a closing ceremony, similar to how the Summer Olympics go.

Is this just a random arbitrary list? What is the point in this?

What is the motive here? If you just wanted to make a list of supposed zoo Olympics than okay, but I mean If I wanted to make a list of all the books on my shelf I wouldn't just make a thread about it.

And several of the zoos located in cities cited don't take the name of the cities :p

Neat Idea @ZPA!:) Maybe during the closing ceremony Zoos would unveil a Master Plan that would enhance the Zoo in a really cool way.
