Althrough I´m not a stamp-collector, I bought today a special serie of 10 stamps which have been published in honor of the 100th birthday of Burger´s Zoo in the Netherlands. I already posted a photo in the Burger´s Gallery.
On the stamps are 10 different animal-specieswith which Burger´s had good/special/rare breeding-results : Sri Lanka leopard, Rothschild giraf, white rhino, Golden-cheeked gibbon, African penguin, chimpanzee, Green Iguana, Grant zebra, Hyacint macaw and Jewel Cardinalfish.
I know other zoos also have been pictured on stamps ( I do remember Berlin Zoo ) but would like to know from which zoos you are aware of.

I have quite a specific stamp collection but I also have a few showing various zoos. I think you'll find that most countries have released stamps showing zoos; those more common in starter packs of stamps include Prague, Singapore, Havana, Budapest and Moscow. There have also been large numbers of Australian zoo stamps.
