Zoo's with the most species of one genera/animal family ?

I'm not sure, they've had a lot of rescues come and go (like the other facilities). Dolphin Research Center in FL is the only place with a spotted now, and there's no spinners.

James Facente Serpentarium keeps all four mamba species, as well as Reptilien Zoo in Austria. Do any other zoos have them all?

 

The correct name is either Reptilienzoo Nockalm or Reptilienzoo Forchtenstein. Both institutions currently keep three mamba species, respectively.

 

I've also seen the three mamba species (polylepis, angusticeps and viridis) at Haus des Meeres (Vienna) this summer.

 

Plzen Zoo in the Czech Republic must have the largest collection of Day gecko's ( Phelsuma species ).
On my visit last week with @Jana I only found a few species ( because we were running out of time ) but a check on ZTL told me that no less then 24 ( ! ) species are kept, many of them kept at only a few zoo's in Europe and 7 species kept only at Plzen !

Yes 'only' six Flamingo-species known and next to Berlin also Vogelpark Walsrode had all species at one time, at least in the middle of the 1980s ( and I took care for all 6 of them ).

 

"Wildkatzenzentrum Felidae", which is some 20 miles north of Berlin, as well as holding a number of cat and carnivore species, also holds all 3 species of true-hyaena [Spotted, Striped, and Brown], and in doing so keeps all but one member of the entire hyaena family - the aardwolf, whose future in Europe is uncertain.

 

The Bothongo Rhino and Lion Reserve in South Africa, Keeps all hyena species including Aardwolf.

 

I read somewhere some time ago that there was a collection in either Spain or Portugal that kept or rather rescued testudines (turtle/tortoise/terrapins) and thus might have the largest collection of such species. Albeit,this is more a rescue and conservation centre rather than a regular zoo but has open days. Anyone remember this place.?

 

Think it’s highly unlikely that the place you are referencing has more species than Turtle Island in Graz

 

This place in Corsica has 170 species of Testudines

Wow - ZTL only lists 31 species under their name but I suspect that is more borne from the park's very isolated location than any actually up-to-date and reliable source. Graz has around 121 species of testudine so I suppose if the website is truthful, A Cupulatta is the largest testudine collection in Europe, and probably the world as well you'd suspect.

 

I visited Corsica some years ago but didn't visit this collection, I wish I had known it has such a large collection.

 

I swear wasn't it some place in Vietnam that had the most turtles? Or was that just individuals.

No Southern. And no, not to my knowledge.

 

Walsrode better get some Southerns because they’re the most common (At least in the US). Are there US zoos with Bennett’s?
