I guess the fake zebra carcass is for vulture feedings, with scraps of meat placed there for them? Sort of like what I've seen at San Diego Safari Park.
I deleted my post from earlier, as for some bizarre reason I assumed that this was a photo from Riverbanks Zoo in South Carolina. I listed the species that are found there in what is a remarkably similar exhibit, but I've never visited St. Augustine Alligator Farm. Oops!
going just by the photo, there's a crowned crane to the right side, and two vultures (one under the horizontal trunk on the left, and one just above the zebra next to the stumps)
There are Marabou Storks, West African Crowned Cranes, Cape Griffon Vultures, and Hooded Vultures in this exhibit.
