Carcharhinus tjutjot

A Carcharhinus tjutjot with albinism,photo in August,2017,I recently got some messages about it by a shark keeper in there,this shark has been dead in last year.It might be the only one Carcharhinus tjutjot with albinism in captivity.

      2) How do you pronounce the specific epithet?

      Interesting, I had never heard of this species but apparently it was split from Whitecheek Shark a couple years ago. That said, Bleeker described it in 1852 under C. tjutjot and it was later lumped as a synonym of C. dussumieri.

      @Great Argus Yeah,actually,I haven't seen any introductions about this shark in the display zone.A shark keeper told me that this shark was thought to be a lemon shark,but the second dorsal fin was smaller than a real lemon,so I think it might be C. tjutjot.Some aquarium in Japan have also have this species in captivity
