      This photo is showing one of the brilliant features of the new exhibit: the leaf pattern on the glass roof makes the light shining through appear as if it had been filtered through an Asian canopy. A very nice feature, well calculated to improve the animal welfare in this exhibit. Small detail. perhaps, but congratulations to whoever got the idea!

      I would say that the glass domes are the absolute best feature of the new elephant house.
