      I found this journal article from 2015. So this may answer my question on which species it is.

      "At Dallas Zoo, we received a group of lizards confiscated by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, which included Casque-headed Iguanas (Laemanctus longipes), Smooth-helmeted Iguanas (Corytophanes cristatus), Hernandez Smooth-helmeted Iguanas (Corytophanes hernandesii), Common Monkey Lizards (Polychrus marmoratus) (Fig. 7), and Tree Runners (Plica plica)."
