Diana Monkey

This monkey is the only Diana monkey in the zoo. Once there were a pair of them but after the death of the female, this male became the only Diana monkey not only in the zoo but also in South Korea.

      Were there any other animals in the exhibit with this one diana monkey?

      2 Mona monkeys and 8 Savana monkeys were also in this exhibition.

      I gues Jihoon Li means the Vervet monkey.
      Such a pitty for the Diana monkey because it is such a beaty ! Do you know if it´s a wild-caught or a captive bred animal and are there plans to bring in another one ?

      Yet, there is no plan for this because the zoo is busy with the construction of renovating the new carnivore exhibition. But I think it will be discuss to get a new diana monkeys as soon as the construction ends.
