East Africa (elephants)

This enclosure is too small and not at all stimulating for its inhabitants. It is capable of holding over three animals though so it should be safe to say that it will remain open through the 2016 elephant husbandry policy change.With a bull holding facility I think that Caldwell will be valuable to the SSP as bull elephants born into the program mature and need to be transferred.
