It was a shame to see this historic panorama going down, but I guess it was in such bad shape that it could not have been avoided sooner or later. But please tell me which species will return to the new artic part. Polar bears I guess (I think they only had an old female left in the old panorama, she would be housed somewhere different now and will maybe return with some new bears) and probably one or two easilly kept Penguin species. They did have South American Fur Seals there, right? And of course I heard the rumour of walruses returning, in my heart I hope it's true.

The old polarbear female moved to ZOOM and will stay there. Her daugther moved to bremerhaven and will return, hopefully with cubs.

Animal, this list is almost too much to be true. I'm almost itching from excitement! :) Over 100 years since the Stellingen park became a pioneer among zoological parks, they bring up this project. I wish them the best of luck with this venture! Do you know when it is to open?

A steady date is not given, but I hope they will finish it in 2011.
