      Actually they are Humboldt Penguins - you can tell because the Magellanic Penguins have a clearly defined "C" shape to the white around the head that doesn't join up with the white on the shoulders like it does with the Humboldt.

      I got to be quite an expert on identifying these birds while in Patagonia :D
