Mink and Polecat exhibits at the British Wildlife Centre 14/03/10

American Mink in the front exhibit and European Polecat to the rear.

The centre has a pretty strict policy of limiting itself to species currently found wild in Britain; just as this rules out wolves, lynx etc it also rules in introduced species. Hence the collection includes such species as American Mink, Fallow Deer, Reeves\' Muntjac and Eastern Grey Squirrel.

A superb small collection and host to this year\'s IZES UK Zoo Collectors\' Fair.
