RARE - half striped mojave rattlesnake
Crotalus scutulatus scutulatus. Here is a ZooChat first I am pretty sure. This mojave has typical patterning on the bottom half of its body (from mid section to tail). But on the upper half (from mid section to neck) the spots coalesce to form a solid stripe.
