This is the last exhibit of the aquarium, and is viewed via a large window and a glass tunnel. It will eventually house up to 100 sharks (tawny nurse, blacktip, grey reef, blacktip reef, whitetip reef, scalloped hammerhead, Japanese wobbegong) as well as barracuda (yellowtail, great). *This area is the aquarium\'s foyer which is already accessible to the public. The Marine Life Park opens next month.
I believe it´s around 3 million gallons. 100 sharks is indeed impressive, but they are also the main part of the tank, as i believe there won´t be any other big species here, besides barracuda.
filipinos is right, it has been reported in the press as holding 3 million gallons. And the 100 sharks comprise mainly of small blacktip reef sharks.
