also known as paradise tanager. The funny thing is that althrough it's called Tangara chilensis, it has never been found in Chile !!
when described (by Nicholas Vigors in 1832) there was no locality data for the specimen and Chile was presumably a best guess. The collection locality was later determined to have been Bolivia which is next to Chile, so a close guess on the part of Vigors.
