“Tswalu Trek” Exhibit map

Considered by most zoo visitors as a “pocket exhibit”. The brand new “Tswalu Trek” is a fictional exhibit complex, that is mostly dedicated to the iconic and somewhat infamous meerkat, along with a few other species that directly live alongside them within their native range as well.

    • Mr Gharial
Which animals are in the free-flight aviary?
    • Austin the Sengi
Well @Mr Gharial, there are only approximately five different species of birds that can be found flying within the aviary itself and thus the following species are listed below:

      Cape Thick-knee, (Burhinus capensis)
      Green Woodhoopoe, (Phoeniculus purpureus)
      Sociable Weaver, (Philetairus socius)
Namaqua Dove, (Oena capensis) and finally the
      Burchell’s Starling. (Lamprotornis australis)

I do hope that the listed species helped out you with
