      Wow, judging from the map it looks like they have dramatically increased the size of the elephant yard since I was there.

      The zoo was still working on the elephant exhibit when I was there in August, and apparently the 6 elephants (2.4) now have 5.5 acres to roam. That makes this probably the largest Asian elephant habitat in North America, even larger than the new Oklahoma City exhibit that opens in the next few months.

      Great news! I haven't been there in almost a decade and I hope to make it back later this year. I hope it will be complete by then.
