Uganda Wildlife Conservation Education Centre A visit to UWEC on 6th May 2022

    Today we visited UWEC after not having been there for around 2 years. There seems to be allot of renovation going on and of course we went to see the Tigers which arrived last year.
    Many enclosures unfortunately had no viewing windows so you had to look through the chainlink mesh to see them. The Chimpanzee Enclosure was amazing. Also the White Rhinos looked well taken care of.

    Lions were quite underweight

    There still were several other animals like Servals and a lone Caracal, African Grey Parrots etc.. but as it started raining we didn't get time to take pictures of all animals.
