A good exhibit to me is both spacious and shoul offer visators a lot of onobstructed viewing opportunities. Some of the nicest exhibits i've seen are : Lion and Tiger exhibit - Zoo Wuppertal Bear and Polar bear exhitbits - Zoom erlebniswelt (gelsenkirchen) Best savannah - Burgers Zoo or Safaripark Beekse Bergen Cheeta exhibits - Safaripark Beekse Bergen or Zoo Munster In Zoo Aquarium - Burgers Ocean Oerang Oetan - Zoom Erlebniswelt (gelsenkirchen) Chimpansee - Safaripark Beekse Bergen Gorilla - Zoo Hannover Great apes overall - Zoo Leipzig Snowleopard - Zoo Koln Hippo/Nile Crocodile - Zoo Koln Elephants - Zoo Koln these are just a few examples please react and ad to this. I wil to
This one? Really? I am with you most of the way but I really dislike this exhibit. The Gorillaberg may be spacious enough for a small troop of gorillas but the design is hopeless. The water moat is steep and potentially dangerous and there is NOTHING in there. The exhibits interior consists of a grassy slope with two dead trees, a few small rocks and a stream. And indoors is a typical old-style great ape exhibit. I won't rant on about that as it is from a different time but I won't call it the best either. Just to clarify what we are talking about: Gorillas in Hannover Zoo - outdoors Gorillas in Hannover Zoo - indoors
It was just of the top of head. I don't think i ever saw the inside it's quite dreadful. I think i'll just stick with pongoland leipzig then. Most inside cages for great apes that i saw are dreadful by the way now i think about it.
