I'm envious of all the wide travelers mine is fairly modest Canada Mexico USA -reasonably well visited 32 States Bahamas Costa Rica and technically El Salvador (just a pit stop at the airport coming back from Costa Rica-was funny when they announced that they were going to begin boarding EVERY person but me and my wife rushed the door like they would have to hang on the wings if they didn't get a good seat!)

You might want to remove Germany, Estonia, Mexico & San Marino from the list as these countries have already been mentioned. I have changed planes in Qatar once, but never left the airport, so I don't count that myself, though I have technically been in Qatar.
Has no one been to Albania? I spent quite a lot of time gazing at Albania over a glass of wine while stranded in Corfu after Thomas Cook went bust.
