    A reticulated giraffe male arrived recently.
    Does this mean Bioparco is going to breed pure? :)

    near the "Sala degli Elefanti" (elephant's room), there aren't only butterfly, but also millepedes, centipedes, mantis, ants, beetles, grasshoppers and stick insects

    Any news on Bioparco already?

    Is that Orang House now being rebuilt?

    Not really a news, as are at least two years that works begin, and regrettably these have been stopped from a while for unknown reasons

    Really nice to see a zoo finally get some Abruzzo / Apeninne wolves!
    Here is hoping for some Marsicano bears too!

    Also, do not leave out the Abruzzo chamois … as they are the Pyrenean species and the Italo subspecies.

    Can you tell us anything more about this? Is it in the same area as the previous orang exhibit? How is it different to the old enclosure?
