Hi all, just new to zoochat. I am located in south western Victoria, Australia. I am looking for Black Buck Antelope, either bucks or does. I am prepared to travel to collect. I do hold the appropriate Pest Animal permits. Can any one offer any suggestions? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know much about Blackbuck in Australia, and not where you can get them from - but see their entry on this list for zoos holding the species: http://www.zoochat.com/24/exotic-mammals-australian-zoos-353848/ Obviously one recently turned up in Warrnambool and was set to the Mansfield Zoo (http://www.zoochat.com/24/mansfield-zoo-1829/index3.html), this wasn't one of yours was it?
BlackBuck Antelope Thanks for your information. I did see the Black Buck that was captured near Warrnambool. It was not one of ours!
