The nest of the black stork was found in one of the western districts of Moscow region. This is the first case of black stork nesting in the Moscow region since 1920s. There is an info on the web that the nest is located in Mozhaisk district, but more detailed location is not reported to avoid disturbance of the birds. The black stork (Ciconia nigra) is included in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation under category 3 (rare) and in the Red Data Book of the Moscow region under category 0 (probably extinct).
