I am happy to announce my new Brookfield zoo dedicated youtube channel. I've wanted to do this for a while now so I am very excited to share it with you all. In a similar fashion to @Moebelle 's Cincinnati zoo channel, Brookfield zootube will feature full uncut walkthroughs of the zoos 20+ exhibit areas. Additionally, "The Brookfield Briefing" will broadcast with the latest news from the zoo (Births, deaths, transfers, construction and other developments).

I have multiple other series ideas that I am planning, but those are for a later date. For now please like, comment and subscribe if you want to see great footage from the Brookfield zoo.
My first video is a walkthrough of Great Bear Wilderness and any constructive criticism is appreciated :).

Tip for exhibit walkthroughs: maybe walk a little slower and pan around a bit slower as well.

Are you gonna do any of the indoor exhibits? Such as Clouded Leopard Rain Forest, the Fragile Desert, Habitat Africa: the Savanna and the Forest (kopje and indoor jungle) Tropic World, etc.?

I will do all indoor exhibits in the winter so I can get Summer views of the outdoor exhibits. As for indoor/outdoor habitats, I will do those between now and the Fall.

agreed, it isn't much fun to watch when the camera is rushing back and forth, and pausing at a sign for half a second is kind of frustrating. If it's worth showing, then at least let viewers have a proper look at it without having to use the pause button. Also you need to watch your spelling (e.g. "walktheough" in the opening title).

I'm guessing the video is "uncut" because you don't know how to edit? It makes many parts quite boring because it is just people on paths. Nobody needs to see that. I would suggest editing for future videos.

I prefer exactly the way it is, like you're actually at the zoo where you get to see the reality of how much time you'd most likely spend at an attraction and see every detail you'd pass. It is called a walk through after all. From what I saw, your time at each exhibit was adequate. I suggest to others to pause the frames when they are covering the attraction.

Thanks for the heads up on the spelling and I will go slower next time.
The reason I do things in one take is not because I don't know how to edit (I very much do), but rather I want to give the viewers a better perspective of where they would be when navigating throughout the exhibit. That's why I moved a little quick during the video.

I want to hold off on that until the Fall when the lowland tapirs arrive.

Also for that exhibit I will be separating the indoor and outdoor parts of the building so animals can be seen in both of them.

Thank you for the kind words, but I think your channel is pretty good. A little higher quality would look nicer but, the actually tour is very good.

I know your plan but if you were going to go with an indoor exhibit, I'd go with one of the bird/reptile exhibits to start off with a less popular exhibit. If you were going to go with a lesser outdoor exhibit, then I suggest Australia. Lastly, for as long as possible to stretch your page's popularity, hold off on Tropic World, the indoor Fragile exhibits, and the Seven Seas, including the dolphin show for as long as possible.

Fall: Pachyderms (Outdoor), The other Habitat Africa, Hamil Play zoo, Australia

Over the week I changed a few things.

    1. My banner has been refurbished. I have removed the tiger picture and have corrected my noticed misspelling of the word "Brookfield."

    2. I added Meilover, Natel12, and Moebelle to a zootuber grouping so my viewers can see other related channels. If you want to be added, message me and I will add you.

Also, and I probably should have mentioned this earlier, but Brookfield will not be the only zoo I will be covering. On around Wednesday I will be posting a brief tour of the Milwaukee County Zoo. I wont be doing in depth coverage like Brookfield, but just so I can have more frequent content, I thought that people would enjoy it.
