    Currently:
    *
    Fennec fox (Vulpes zerda) - Siantar Zoo
    * Black-backed jackal (Canis mesomelas) - Batu Secret Zoo
    * Striped hyena (Hyaena hyaena) - Batu Secret Zoo, Bali Zoo, and Bali Safari and Marine Park

    Formerly:

    * Bat-eared fox (Otocyon megalotis) - Batu Secret Zoo
    * Asiatic dhole (Cuon alpinus formosus) - Surabaya Zoo
    * Maned wolf (Chrysocyon brachyurus) - Taman Safari Prigen

    Privately owned:
    * Brown hyena (Hyaena brunnea)

    The mobile app for Surabaya Zoo (No longer exist) labelled the coyote (Canis latrans) as one of their animals, but I think it's just a mislabelled dhole. Let me know if I missed any species or zoos/aquarium that currently/formerly keep the species.

    Wait, who owns a Brown hyena?
    Also, it's kinda shame that dholes doesn't seem to fare well in Indonesian zoos. Maybe Taman Safari Bogor or Prigen should exhibit them in the future instead. Gembira Loka Zoo has plans to bring spotted hyenas as part of their Zona Cakar, but it may have been delayed.

    I'm sorry, but I'm pretty confused of what you are saying.

    Hendrico blocked me on Instagram be cause he thought that I was on the side of the likes of PETA. You know, anti-captivity people. I'm always pro-captivity and I'm siding with animal welfare, not rights. Hendrico's allegations are baseless.

    Nothing. I tagged him on a photo of his albino Siamese crocodile on Instagram, then he blocked me on the next week without a word or two.

    Wait what? Since when tagging a person on a post about animals equal to being a PETA supporter. That doesn't even makes any sense.

    A Indonesian motorcycle racer, Alshad Ahmad, who is also known as the owner of Eshan and Jinora the bengal tiger (Panthera tigris tigris) and several other exotic animals, just recently acquired a male eastern wolf (Canis lupus lycaon) cub. A man in Semarang sell a melanistic wolf cub. There is currently no zoo in Indonesia that keep a grey wolf.

    I don't really like seeing this type of animals in a private collection, I hope he donated the wolf to the Bandung Zoological Garden (He lives in Bandung) when the wolf is fully grown.
