There hasn't been much demand for caprids in recent decades, besides takin (and I think that has even tempered somewhat in the past few years). It seems that zoos in this part of the world have trended towards flashy, new exhibits for popular flagship species, and hoofstock have not fared too well with that development. African hoofstock have done reasonably well because of open savanna-type exhibits, but caprids, deer, and Asian hoofstock have backslid tremendously. While supply is decent because caprids are prolific breeders, the demand is so low that the few zoos breeding them (ex. Los Angeles) are having to send them away to safari parks and rural zoos to keep from going over capacity.
A few updates: African Lion Safari's takin are tibetana, of course. Assiniboine Park Zoo has stone sheep All holders of thinhorn sheep hold only the dalli subspecies, beside the two Canadian collections with stonei. (btw the species common name should be listed as Thinhorn Sheep, as Dall Sheep are a specific subspecies)

After further research, i've found that Ralph Mitchell may no longer exhibit aoudads, so one might want to not include in future updates
A facility that does, however, still house aoudad is Safari West in Santa Rosa, California. Also, the Metro Richmond Zoo exhibits mishmi takin (B. t. taxicolor) not golden takin (B. t. bedfordi).
Another Update: Hemker Park Zoo in Freeport, Minnesota has (or at some point had) Aoudads, Mouflons, Bighorns, Dall Sheep, and West Caucasian Turs.
The takin have arrived in Nebraska for the Omaha Zoo's Asian exhibit part 2 which will open later this year. They are currently at the Safari Park not on show. Adopt A Takin
I have not seen an actual date, but phase 2 is expected to open "Spring 2019." It will complete the Asian Highlands exhibit with sloth bear, Amur tiger, snow leopard, takin, goral, a Yeti campsite, and children discovery trail. Phase 1 opened in May 2018 with Indian Rhino, Pere David's deer, cranes, red panda, and tufted deer.
Nope. Both of the boys passed away in early 2018, sadly. They were ancient though, so at least they lived nice, long lives!
Dallas and Baton Rouge both hold Nubian Ibex. San Antonio Zoo did at some point recently as well, but I'm not sure if they still do. Rosamond Gifford and SD-WAP also hold Markhor. As a side note, markhor in North American zoos should be heptneri. Lee Richardson and Lake Superior have Chinese Goral.
My understanding is not all Markhor are heptneri just as not all Springbok are nominate, not all Indian Muntjac vaginalis, etc., but the AZA program is based around heptneri animals descended from (mainly? entirely?) LA stock. ~Thylo
I don't know where African Lion Safari got their markhor, but based on genetic analysis and import data, all animals in AZA zoos are assumed to be heptneri. Pretty sure Hemker and Richmond got their markhor from AZA stock, so that includes them as well. Considering that most European animals are also heptneri, I think it's unlikely that there are other subspecies present.
Phoenix Zoo has Desert Bighorn Sheep. Dakota Zoo has Aoudad, Bighorn Sheep, Dall Sheep, and Wild Sheep (arkal). Utica's wild sheep are the arkal subspecies also.
