Does anyone have an entire list of cetacean species held in the U.S. (including rescued individuals)?

Off the top of my head:

Common Bottlenose Dolphin (including at least two Common/Bottlenose Hybrids and one False Killer Whale Bottlenose Hybrid)

    Pacific White Sided Dolphin

    Commersons Dolphin

    Rough Toothed Dolphin

    Atlantic Spotted Dolphin

Killer Whale (though we may soon have to split this into several species)

    Short Finned Pilot Whale

    Beluga Whale

You might want to check NOAA's website, they have an inventory of every marine mammal held Zoological Institutions in the U.S.

I believe there are captive cetacean databases listed on Chlidonias's sticky at the top of General Discussion forums also.

Indeed, there are several databases out there, however I can sum it up for you here, too.

Virtually every facility holding cetaceans in North America holds Atlantic bottlenoses, however the following exceptions are:

    Vancouver Aquarium:

    0.1 Pacific White Sided Dolphin
    1.0 Pseudorca
    1.1 Harbour Porpoise
    0.2 Beluga

    Marineland Canada:
    0.5 Black Sea Bottlenose Dolphins
    13.36 Beluga
    0.1 Orca

    Seaworld San Diego:
    1.2 Short Finned Pilot Whale
    5.6 Orca
0.1 Common Dolphin x Atlantic Bottlenose hybrid
    2.3 Beluga
    1.3 Pacific bottlenose

    Seaworld San Antonio:
    2.3 Orca
    3.4 Beluga
    1.4 Pacific White Sided Dolphin
    0.1 Pacific Bottlenose

    Seaworld Orlando:
    3.4 Orca
    1.1 Beluga
    1.3 Short Finned Pilot Whale

    Aquatica Orlando:
    3.1 Commerson's Dolphin

    Discovery Cove:
1.0 Common Dolphin x Atlantic Bottlenose Hybrid
0.1 Common Dolphin x Atlantic Bottlenose x Pacific Bottlenose Hybrid

    Gulf World Marine Park:
    3.3 Rough Toothed Dolphin

    Dolphin Research Center:
    0.1 Atlantic Spotted Dolphin

    Miami Seaquarium:
    0.1 Orca
    2.2 Pacific White Sided Dolphin

    Georgia Aquarium:
    2.2 Beluga

    Shedd Aquarium:
    2.5 Beluga
    2.4 Pacific White Sided Dolphin

    Mystic Aquarium:
    2.1 Beluga

    Sea Life Park Hawaii:
    0.1 Pseudorca
0.2 Pseudorca x Atlantic Bottlenose Hybrids
    3.0 Pacific Bottlenose Dolphin

Additionally, there are a large number (a minimum of 15.29 )of Atlantic x Pacific Bottlenose hybrids throughout the states with varying degrees of pacific blood in them. 1.1 animals at Seaworld San Diego and 0.1 animal at Seaworld San Antonio are actually 75% Pacific hybrids, however are counted as Pacific bottlenoses on my list.
