Not about the animals, but somewhat relevant to this forum. Decided to post this since no one has mentioned anything about it yet.

WRS's membership system was altered just a few days ago, with an overall price decrease for all its schemes. Perhaps the most significant, is the reintroduction of a 4 park pass, and at a very reasonable rate of 119 for adults. Compared to purchasing individual passes, it is cheaper by a few folds... (the pass for the zoo is already 79 dollars). This price is also very much more affordable than the price of a 4 park pass in the past. Something I think many zoo-fanatics in Singapore will be excited about.

The individual park passes also saw a decrease in prices. The bird park and river safari now offer membership for one adult at 39 dollars while the zoo and night safari offer theirs at 79 dollars each.

However, there are now blackout dates for the passes, on several public holidays. In addition, there is no longer free parking for members. Instead, members can opt to purchase a parking pass at 20 dollars which entitles them to unlimited free parking throughout the validity of their membership. Youth concessionary rates are also no longer available.

Unsure as to what initiated a price drop though..

Was just notified that there is an upgrade system already implemented, which for some reason, isn't reflected at all in the websites.

Refer to the table to check the upgrade prices. It's essentially just the price difference between the park membership and the friends of wildlife park membership. I'm curious as to what would happen to people with multi-park memberships though, are they only eligible to upgrade one of their passes?
