A few things you may have, check your browser has most upto date version, try a different browser.

Second check your connection, a device with ehternet connection will be better than wifi.

I'm confused... there now seems to be some slots available for next week, except for a couple of days which have sold out??

I don't think its an issue related to that, wouldn't make sense to me. Anyway what is happening is when I go to login as a member it just says "Sorry something went wrong"

The day-job IT me would suggest f you're getting repeated errors on a particular website, first step is always, as @taun says, to try another browser. Almost always sorts it.

Sounds like either a software or connection issue. I know in work certain sites I need to do my job only work in one browser.

So I have 4 browsers installed on my laptop...

I wonder when the talk goes from being indefinitely shut thanks to Govt. playing the fools golden to buying tickets for the re-opened zoo one might now start up a new thread as the banner up does no longer hold water with content? Or perhaps: change it to how lockdown over the past few months has really affected the zoo's finances and operation. That in itself will be an interesting one to explore!

BTW: Enjoy your walks into the zoo when you do!

Always an idea to try another browser, or a mobile disconnected from WiFi in case it's a DNS issue. This time though, it was likely a server session issue, not helped by failed connections from UK Fast's Webcelerator system, which is still in beta.

I'm a bit late to try, as I always am when Chester release any sort of tickets for members, but it appears bookings are only being taken up to the end of July, and only weekdays in the second half of July are available. Does anyone have any idea what the strategy is for releasing tickets? is it on a rolling weekly basis?
