I do, as a matter of fact, but out of respect for the zoo, I will not share them. Regardless of how someone came across information regarding a zoo, it should never be shared until it is made public.

I think I know, a complete overhaul with Wildlife Canyon, but I didn’t know it was a solid plan.

I will be taking my first trip to the Cincinnati Zoo this summer, as well as the Milwaukee Zoo, what should I look forward to seeing? Anything new? I know about all the new babies and such, as I am very excited about seeing them. (As well as the new gorilla expansion, that opened on my birthday, which is a blessing at Western Lowland Gorillas are by far the greatest animals in existance! :D)

It is a shame to see some of their primates are either gone or no longer on exhibit. What are some new, exciting, and rare species I will see?

The zoo follows the pattern of building a major attraction every two years, so this year is an off year. They just recently did a somewhat major renovation to their Wings of the World building. Adding new interactive elements for children, updating signage, returned a few species, and added a few new habitats. Other than the zoo babies that I mentioned, that's all the excitement that's coming from the zoo this year so far. The bottom half of the page from the link pretty much shows every single species you'll see. I don't know when it will be complete but the zoo recently decided to rid of their 88 year old Monkey Island. Filling in the space will be new side by side exhibits for Galapagos tortoises and bald eagles.

I’m going to the zoo next week, does anyone know if the margay is still in Night Hunters?

Endangered Species Day. That's nice. I think I will be there on the 26th.

I follow a local photographer on flickr and as of last week, she was still on exhibit.

As there is much talk over all the gorillas in the United States as well, with all the recent deaths and births, I will soon be posting a thread about all the Western Lowlands Gorilla in North America. (Similar in style and comparison to the elephant threads we have posted.)

This topic will help people keep track of all the gorillas in North America, including the gorillas from Cincinnati, for example,

Wouldn't be surprised if it passed away. Supposedly it does have a private yard in the back.
