I would’ve loved to be able to treat this Komodo if given the chance  my guess as to what else would follow would be an additional visit to the ophthalmologist in a couple weeks to check visual acuity and ocular pressures of both eyes, such a fascinating case and wonderful to see their recovery! :p

The zoo welcomed a group of giant devil’s flower mantises from a USFWS confiscation. They are now on display in the World of the Insect.

A lot of change has happened in Night Hunters. The first change is the Spectacled Owls have left and in their place is a Tawny Frogmouth. The Bear Cats and Clouded Leopard have switched habitats. The old snake habitat by the vampire bats is now home to Three-Banded Armadillos. The Caracal has left and now its habitat is a second one for Ringtails. And last but not least the Fishing Cat is gone and in its place is another habitat for Ocelots.

A switch happened awhile back unless they switched again. When I saw them last, the bearcats were more in the front of the building while the clouded leopard was at the end.

Yes many of these changes have happened over the last year to even two years ago and have been a result of older animals dying out (Caracal, fishing cat)
