I was going to make this thread! I love tabletop games and I'm not to bad with video games, either. I am super exited for Super Mario Maker 2. Now, I just need to get a Switch...
Score! Hero Review I heard of this game because I used to play the original Score! game, which recently got deleted but I don't really know why. It is a football game, or for you Americans, soccer. Basically, you take the life of a young football player, travelling between clubs, increasing in fame as you go up the levels. Now, I don't really like this game. Why?. Because it has many major flaws which I will list below: The AI is really biast, as your side sometimes runs the ball off the field for no apparent reason or your opponent is a absolutely no-error side, even though no team has no errors. It has a stupid 'heart system' where you use up hearts as you play and have to wait for about two hours before they fully recharge, which is stupid. They changed their old currency, I assume because of their greed, as the new currency costs 10 BUX for one rewind, when it used to cost 1. There are tons of ads in the game, and they force you to watch them as there is absolutely no skip button. When you make one mistake in the game, it forces you to go all the way back to the start, now this might sound ok, but it is annoying when you get to levels where you have to score 7 GOALS. If you make a mistake on one of them, you have to go back and score the seven all again. So overall, I don't like it. The concept is fun but executed poorly. It might be fun for some who can look past all these flaws, but that person isn't me. Rating: 2.5/10
The three video games I currently regularly play are GTA 5 Online, Rainbow Six Seige, and Jurassic World: Evolution. My favorite video game ever is without a doubt Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection. I'm disappointed though because I got rid of my copy when my family's computer died and I figured that I'd just buy a new one whenever I got a computer again. Only later did I find out that no new copies are for sale and used copies cost an arm and a leg. You know how there are some stupid little things that you've done in the past and keep you up at night even though it isn't really a big deal? Well for me this is one of them. (And no I unfortunately won't be able to get Planet Zoo and we still don't have a desktop computer I could play it on.)
I have the game Megaquarium, the only public aquarium game out there. Pretty solid, but it is severely restrained by the lack of many plants and animals, as well as features and theming.
I like it, there's a lot of good species in there and it allowed the modding community to make freshwater mods.
